Just Keep Swimming
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
A 24-hour flight just happened, and we cannot decide if it is a miracle of modern travel or a fresh new circle of misery. We start in full summer mode, talking about being home alone, how the house stays weirdly clean when the kids are gone, and the creeping back-to-school reality that brings uniforms, shoes, homework, and the nightly job of getting everyone to bed.
Then we pivot into the kind of fun trivia that sends you down a rabbit hole: the yearly list of unique college football player names. We talk about what makes a name unforgettable, why punctuation shows up where it does not belong, and how a “normal” first name paired with an unfortunate last name can create real-world awkwardness. It is goofy, but it also says something about identity and the snap judgments we all make.
From there, we dig into long-haul travel and what it would really feel like to stay on a plane for an entire day, from cabin comfort to turbulence anxiety to the price gap between economy and first class. And yes, we revisit the very real trend of nude dining nights at a fancy restaurant, because once you picture steak, napkins, and bathroom breaks, the questions multiply fast.
We wrap with the most important turn of the conversation: swimming and water safety. One of us learned to swim at 28 while pregnant, and that story opens up a bigger point about adult swim lessons, breathing, confidence, and the fact that many Americans still do not know how to swim. If you have ever felt behind on a “basic” skill, this is your reminder that it is never too late to learn. Subscribe, share with a friend who would laugh at the name list, and leave a review with your take: nonstop 24 hours or layover break?
Right on the corner, right on the price! Head down to 93rd & Cicero & tell them the Noras sent you!

Summer Mode And Back-To-School Dread
SPEAKER_01Hi, thanks for joining us today. It's Nora. And Nora. We sure are glad you're here with us today.
SPEAKER_00Welcome, welcome. Why did I eat gummy bears right before we started recording? I guess better gummy bears than gummies. Maybe a whole different vibe. You are still home alone. I am. I miss my people. It's very strange. I will say I love how clean my house is, but I have realized how much of my day is spent cleaning up after people, doing laundry, picking up stuff that's been left. Whose is this? Where did it go? Or finding things for people. Finding things for people is a big one. And it's just crazy where I'm like, oh, I don't have to clean people.
SPEAKER_01Even just going from the school year to the summer, I feel the shift a hundred years after everybody. The one positive is that we had a function.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Because you had called me to talk about podcast things, and I called you back and you said, why don't you just come over? Oh, that yes, that was yesterday. Yeah. But then was it Saturday night when I came to your house? Oh yes. Yes. It made me laugh because Kevin was like, You had all my friends' moms over. It's like we were all talking about you guys. Yeah. We're starting a whiffle ball league.
SPEAKER_01We're gonna play soccer in the basement. Right. No notality.
SPEAKER_00No Nutella is a love. No way, man. I am still in total summer mode. I know. We like still at lake tomorrow.
SPEAKER_01Oh rules out the window, all the things.
SPEAKER_00But on the flip side, Elle went to go pick up her uniforms today. So it's starting to feel weird. I know. I got school shoes for my boys, and I was much smarter this year. I got them different shoes. Because last year I made the mistake of getting them the same shoes, but they're not the same size. So it was constant problem. Yes. So I was smarter this year, but I know I just I don't want it. I don't mind school. I just I hate forcing people to go to bed and like you should go to bed. You should go to bed. And I also just don't like, did you do your homework? Did you get your homework done? Please just get it done. Just do a little bit. Did you study all the things? All the things. But I've been meaning to ask you, have you watched the L show?
SPEAKER_01Like I wanted to watch it with my girls, but nobody's ever home at the same time.
SPEAKER_00Okay. Did you watch it? No, I didn't watch it either. And I was like, oh, I wonder if Nora. I would love to watch it.
The Wildest College Football Names
SPEAKER_01Speaking of school, I happened upon the 2026 ESPN unique college football names list. Ooh. Did you stumble upon that yet?
SPEAKER_00I did not. That's not my algorithm, but I'd love to. It's great.
SPEAKER_01Every year they put together a list of current college football players or like rising college football players that have interesting names. Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_00I assume Taylor is not on there. No, but noble young black goat is. Oh. His name is Noble.
SPEAKER_01Mm-hmm. His last name is Young Black Goat. Hyphenated? Wow.
SPEAKER_00Noble young black goat. And his little brother Prayer. Prayer young black goat. Hmm. I think he won with Noble.
SPEAKER_01The nice thing is his initials are very different than the next guy, so they won't ever mix things up. Oh, okay, good. Derealist.
SPEAKER_00Derealist Clark. Derealist. So is it hyphenated? Not hyphenated. Is there an apostrophe? There is, but why? Realist? Like, yeah, like the realist. Derealist. D apostrophe. But why do they put that apostrophe there? Because nothing's missing. Why do people dererealist? Well, I guess if it's a contraction, like if it's short for D A. Right. It is D-A apostrophe, right? Oh, it's D-A apostrophe. I thought it was just D apostrophe. Nothing's missing. Maybe they want you to pause. Then it should be a comma. Or a period. Duh. Realist. That's an interesting question. I don't know, because I I've oh, yeah. That's anything else? Mobility?
unknownNo way.
SPEAKER_00Cool name, though, if you're an athlete. Mo Billy. Oh, it's oh wait, Bility is the last name? Yes. So his name is Mo M-O-H. M-O-H. S1 does. Okay.
SPEAKER_01And then their last name is Bility.
SPEAKER_00Billity. I wonder if that was a change to Nellis Island. Like, that's an interesting last name, Billity. And I'm trying to think. This is my sister, Cape. Capa. Capa. Responsa. Bility. Capa and Responsa, they're twins. I love Rocky Deers. Oh, that's amazing. This is this is something. Oh no. And I made sure to clear it with Mike, my football player. Okay. To make sure I was saying this right. Because we are not an explicit. We are not a test. Thank you, Nora. His first name is Noah. Noah. That's a lovely name. His last name is Kaniga.
SPEAKER_01Mmm. That's tricky.
SPEAKER_00Noah Kaniga.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Mm-hmm. I would imagine it is a family name that's been around for a long time. That's a toughie. Well, my cousin Bob, his wife's maiden name is Whore. Oh, no. H-O-A-R-E. That's tough. That's tough. So you're kind of like, get married quick. And she's a late Bridget is hilarious, but it is one of those things where you're like, oh no. This is why like when you feel so bad, so my grandma, I'm a whore. Yeah, like so bad. Yeah. So I mean, last names are tricky because you don't pick them. I would change the pronunciation. Oh. Like I my boss in my first job out of college, he was Jed Bernstein, but his brother was Doug Bernstein. No. I'm like, gentlemen, could you get it together? You know, you can't do that. Your brothers like agree. Yeah, well, what does their mom call them? I don't know. We're not an explicit podcast. Okay. He wasn't the nicest. His brother was lovely.
SPEAKER_01But you save my favorite one for last. Oh, okay. General booty.
SPEAKER_00Oh gosh. Isn't that great? That's so good. Better than private booty. Just general booty. Yes. General. Unless it's a general. I'm thinking it's like, oh, it's like a general. Oh, and I'm thinking like I've in charge. Oh, gosh. That's so good. That's like when we look at the license plates that weren't uh weren't allowed to be picked in the state of Illinois. Oh, right. Do you know where a guy, Alexis Gina Kupalopoulos? Oh, Genulius. Yes, Genulius. He's running for mayor. Oh, good. He's kind of hot. He's got Nora's vote. I don't even know what party he's saying. He's yeah, no, he's very good looking and he's got a good sense of humor. Well, he's funny. That's a lovely. I think he's done a very nice job as Secretary of State. No notes from me. Easy on the eyes, good on the post street. Would love for him to welcome me back to the air corps when I fly home. Oh, speaking
Would You Survive A 24-Hour Flight
SPEAKER_00of flying. Oh, yes, please. Okay. What is the longest flight you've ever been on? Do you know? It's a very good question. Probably from Arizona to New York. Okay.
SPEAKER_01Because you can't get, you couldn't get overseas from Arizona.
SPEAKER_00Oh, so you always have to stop. Okay.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's about it. I would say that's probably it's five hours.
SPEAKER_00Okay. So I flew from London to China, and I think that was a little over 10. So it was long. Oh, and we flew to South Africa. Actually, I wonder if we flew from London to South Africa. I wonder if it's longer to go from New York to Rome. Oh.
SPEAKER_01That might be further.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So this Australian Airlines just completed their first 24-hour flight. How? So they did it, there were no passengers on board. It was like a test. And they're like, this is going to be great. And, you know, we're taking because 24 hours is a long time. I think I I mean I get nervous with turbulence, and international flights are kind of a different ball of wax because they're at a higher altitude and they're usually smoother than just domestic flights because they fly higher. But that is who was on the plane? Well, just the pilot and I think a crew. But I mean, it's a beautiful plane because I mean they have like little areas where you can like because you have to walk around. You can sit on your butt in an airplane. On your booty. On your boot, on your general booty. But so the there's little lounges and like places you can hang out. The first class is incredible. It has like a huge TV and a almost like a futon bed and then a really comfy chair.
SPEAKER_01The business class The first class is almost like a little hotel room.
SPEAKER_00Yes. It is like a little hotel. This is the economy. Okay, yeah. Which is three seats across, but they're they look nicer than normal. The business class is nice. You've got like a little cubicle. And then premium economy is two chairs next to each other.
SPEAKER_01But premium economy looks like first class.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like kind of like normal first class or like a domestic. But I don't, I mean, I don't like connecting flights, but I don't think I would want to do a 24. I think I would prefer two twelves. I think like I would want a 12 and then like just like touch, touch grass or what? But yeah, it's they are saying probably one way, $1,100 for economy, and then first class one way is like almost $10,000. Gotta be worth it though. In that bed. But oh my God. Yeah. I oh yeah. You could just what is it? Rotten bed? No, bed rot? Bed rot. Yeah. That's a long time. That is a really long time. Oh, good for them. And you know what? I'd be I would be curious to talk to people who fly to and from Australia if, you know, if they were like, oh my God, my prayers have been answered. Or if they're like, no, why man? I need to be a little bit more. We have a friend from Australia. I need that. Oh yes. I need that. I would be so curious what she thinks because 24 hours on an airplane does not sound great. No. But you're, I don't know. Oh. No.
Nude Dining Sounds Like A Trap
SPEAKER_00So years ago on the pod, we talked about naked dinner parties. Oh God.
SPEAKER_01Remember you brought that story? I did. So it's back up. It came back up. There's a restaurant in Florida.
SPEAKER_00Oh. Called Class Soire. Is it C-L-A-S-S because they're naked?
SPEAKER_01So here's the red here's the restaurant. The best steak. It's called Class Soiree. We have the meat. But if you take a look at this restaurant, aside from the fact that their candle is wrapped in paper and looks like a major fire hazard. Yeah, that's not great. It looks like a beautiful restaurant.
SPEAKER_00Oh, it's lovely. A very nice table setting. Yeah, like a high-end steakhouse. Okay. Okay. The server, the chefs are clothed. The chefs are clothed. Beautiful drinks. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01On Monday nights, they host new dining. It's the first Monday of every month.
SPEAKER_00I hope their seats aren't upholstered.
SPEAKER_0120, a 20-person limit, seat covers for hygiene. The staff is clothed. You get a towel or a robe on your when you enter and then you take it off a D-robe. It's $150 a ticket. Why?
SPEAKER_00Why? I don't know. So you're sitting there. So essentially you're at a table. So you're topless with a napkin on. We've talked about this. Oh God. But isn't your eating steak? You naked steak. Look at what a nice would it be okay, but different if you were eating chicken? Well, it'd be easier if you were like, oh, I'm naked. I don't know. It just seems. No, you shouldn't be naked eating anything. Soup? Oh my god, the stage move. You've got yourself a nice restaurant. It's lovely. You gotta go and mix it up and get all nudie. Has it been popular? Yeah. Oh. And so that's why it came up. But is it $150 just to get in naked or is that? It's a prefix. Okay. And yeah. It would be funny though if they tried to make the menu like naked themed. Like skirt steak. Ha ha, not allowed. I don't know.
SPEAKER_01I went with like a nipple whiskey.
SPEAKER_00All oh my. It's all foods on buns. Bunless. Yeah. Back to the booty. Oh, here we go. Oh. We could go on. Oh, should we check in with our sponsor? Let's do it.
Sponsor Break Cagerty Buick GMC
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_00So good to see you. I feel like I haven't seen you in ages. Oh my gosh. Yesterday I was in Oakland. I got myself in quite a pickle. Oh, you know how I feel about pickles.
SPEAKER_01And I have to tell you, I had the greatest service at my Cagerty Buick GMC. I left in a new car. Get out of town. I was in and out in a couple hours. I got all set up in a brand new 2026 Acadia. I got a chance to look at the Yukon, the UConn XL. I checked out the terrain. For a moment, I thought maybe I was Hummer EV material, but they talked some sense into me. And in no time, I was locked and loaded. Were you able to get it with all the features you wanted?
SPEAKER_00They had everything available right on the lot. It was no trouble at all. And now I'm living large in my brand new car. Oh, and it's got that new car smell. New car.
SPEAKER_01So I'm telling you, if you're in the market for a new car, head on down to 93rd and Cicero. And if you do, just tell them Nora say you.
SPEAKER_00And now back to the show.
More Nude Dining Problems We Cannot Ignore
SPEAKER_00We're still a little gably from Nick Dinner parties. We're out of the very real problem of foifu spilled. Do you just let it drip off? Use your napkin. You have to use your napkin. Um when you brought up the possibility of an itch. Oh, yes. Because if you you're out, if you have like an itchy shoulder or you you itch your back, but if you're sitting there with somebody and you're like itching your skin, there's a very big difference between like itching your shoulder with your like a shirt on and like their body, like well, or like if you want to like lean over and say something to the person next to you, not the whole group. Like, whoa, hello, babies. Or what if you have to use the ladies' role during fake and my nap? I take my role. Your role. Because could you imagine? But I guess if you're that shy that you need a role, why are you having a name? Okay, but if I'm eating with you and I just say my sister's dog. I mean, look at what a table is. If you're in gentleman, I mean, you have a table is crotch high. Or maybe I mean everyone has a crotch. So like you think about like you are crotch high. Like when people get up and you're like, geez, Gregory.
SPEAKER_01Hold on, the thing you have to turn around.
SPEAKER_00How do you walk in a restaurant? Well, then I've naked on Mondays. Yeah. Hands on hips and kind of dressage prints. It is a terrible idea.
SPEAKER_01And then when the people come, and then when people come back, like, do I did the gentlemen stand up while the ladies?
SPEAKER_00It's like, did you walk? And you're like, I washed my hands, my like fork. I come back with like paper towels all over me. Well, and then when you sit back down, do you take your robe back off? Oh, you're like, oh god, thank God, now I can eat. Yeah. Like, what's so wrong with clothes while you're eating? They're not restrictive. They really are not. I mean, oh God. Don't invite me and Nora to a naked dinner party. No. Oh my God, it would be a disaster. So horrible. Especially if I get a couple cocktails in me. Oh, the naked dinner party. Like I just fly up the handle. It's like I would have no filter. Oh gosh. No. I couldn't eat. I mean, even if I went, I'd be like, nope, I changed my mind to clean up. What do you talk about? Sitting around a table naked. Well, first of all, I know you're not sitting with your elbows on the table leaning over. Your chest would be on the table. It's there's nothing good about it. Oh, yeah. Or like if you if you drop your napkin, oh man, all your goods go down with you. Your girls are gonna be on the table. Oh my lord, no. Then do you wear shoes? Oh but I mean, why bother?
SPEAKER_01One thing to have big girls loose, but you don't want to walk into the public bathroom.
SPEAKER_00No, never. So yeah. You grab your purse and your shoes. Your purse and your shoes. But this isn't for women, that's tricky. Yeah. And this is a very real event. This is not something we like. Sometimes we'll we'll, you know, imagine things.
SPEAKER_01No, but this is the real Monday. What our podcast so to the clothes.
SPEAKER_00So oh god, if I worked at that restaurant, I would be like, no. As a server? You would have to tip your servers. Like, so much money. Because it's horrible. It's so oh yeah.
SPEAKER_01And then who has to report for work on the first Monday?
SPEAKER_00Oh man. Yeah, no. No. Should we get back to our topic?
Learning To Swim As An Adult
SPEAKER_00Okay, yeah. So this is not our topic. Our topic is actually swimming with a swimsuit. Yes, preferably. Do you know I did not learn to swim until I was 28 years old and pregnant with my first baby? So that yes, I did know that. And what I would want to ask you is what did you do when all your friends went swimming? I would go and I would just kind of like doggy paddle and tread water because my parents already be mad at me. But when we lived in San Francisco, we had a pool in our backyard. And so I we had inner tubes and like floaties, and we just kind of taught our like learned how to like dog around, float around and like tread water. But if somebody was like, let's swim, but I had to plug my nose. I never learned how to breathe really properly. And then it was when I was pregnant. Yeah, I mean, I mean, I don't know about you, but when I was pregnant and you'd have weird kind of like, oh my God, kind of moments. And I was like, I don't know how to swim. What if my baby falls in a pool? And I've just like, no, I shouldn't know how to swim. Living in London, you know, that happens a lot. It's very responsible of you. Um, so I was like, that's great. Are you gonna take a class? And I said, no, I'm gonna get a private tutor. And he's like, what? Instructor? Yes, instructor. Coach. And he was like, Are you serious? I was like, you find me an adult swim for beginners, and I'll sign up. My coach was lovely. He was French, and he was like, Oh, you learned so fast. Oh, and I was like, Well, thank you. I was like, However, are most of your students five years old? He's like, this is true. Yes, this is true. And it was delightful, and I'm so glad I learned. I learned my aunt taught me. Really? When I was very small. In what body of water? Beverly country. Oh, okay. Yep. But my kids learned to swim from Miss Lou, the Mole mermaid.
SPEAKER_01That's right, she came to your house. She came to the house, she had a yellow geo tracker with a pom-pom on her antenna and a Betty Boop towel. Woo! She was to give you an idea of how dark Miss Lou's skin was, an African American person was crossing the street, and one of my children asked if that was Miss Lou.
SPEAKER_00Miss Lou was of the sun. Yeah, sun seeker. She'd been doing it. Sounds like a vocational hazard.
SPEAKER_01She'd been doing it for like 50 years.
SPEAKER_00Oh my god.
SPEAKER_01And she teaches them to swim in your In your backyard, you go inside, she takes the kids, and the rest is history.
unknownOh my god.
SPEAKER_01It takes a week. Oh my god. A little card from the mobile mermaid. But in Arizona, you did it for safety.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Because as soon as they could walk, you wanted them to know what to do if they fell in. Yes. So it was kind of different. But well, my kids, and then that was something that was very important to me. That I was like, they must learn to swim. Aidan and I did a little mom and baby swim class in London, but the water was so cold you had to put your baby in like it was essentially like a baby koozie. Even though it was indoors, I don't know why they could swim. I was gonna say a wetsuit, but a baby koozie, that's great. It was like so it was the same material as a neoprene or whatever. But it you like their arms went through it and you had to like velcro them in and then it went like between their legs to like strap them in. It's great. Baby koozie. Or were they like buoyant? No. You would have hold on to them. Oh no, I mean like, did it was it like a no, it was not a flotation device. It was strictly to keep them warm. Oh. Because the water was cold. And I'm like, what about me? Yeah, I'd like a koozie. A big kid koozie. Right? A mom koozie.
SPEAKER_01I love swimming in the summer for the kids because they get so tired at the beginning of the season.
SPEAKER_00I love to swim. You do? Yeah, my in-laws have a beautiful pool at their summer house, and my mother-in-law keeps it like so nice and warm. And you can just like walk in. Like there's no getting used to the water. You just walk down the stairs and you're like, Do you swim laps? No, like I'll swim back and forth a little bit. And I like to play games in the pool. You do? I do. Marco Polo with my kids. I like to play games in the pool. Otherwise, like, what do you do in a pool? You're just kind of like bobbing around. Yeah, I guess. Yeah. As an adult, and like with other adults, it's bizarre. I find it. To play games in the pool. But like if my if I go in a pool, I would rather like play games. Do my kids do something. Yes. Like Kevin was excited because they put the basketball hoop up at my in-law's pool. So he's something to do. So you're not just like bobbing along.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_00Would you would you do a diving board? No, because I didn't know how to swim. No, now. Now? No. I don't know how to dive. I could jump jump. But I think I'd probably still hold my nose. You think? I think so. I haven't jumped in. I think you're never too old to jump in a pool. I know you did that for John, right? You do a good cannonball. Oh, I did. Oh, did I do it for John? Wasn't that his kindergarten? That's what he wanted to do on his last day at kindergarten. It was. Yeah. God, good memory. Yes. Well, it was just like the cutest thing ever. Yeah. We did yeah, cannonballs. You asked him, you're like, what do you want to do? Your kindergarten graduation. And he said, I'm going to go to the pool and you can do can we do cannonballs. You want your cannonball in?
SPEAKER_01I don't remember exactly, but yeah. I did a cannonball a couple weeks ago. A friend had us over for cocktails.
SPEAKER_00Fun.
SPEAKER_01A pool party in her backyard.
SPEAKER_00And she marketed it as such, a pool party. So we all had our swimmies on. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And she has a beautiful backyard.
SPEAKER_00Nice. I was like, let's go. Let's go.
SPEAKER_01Just got up, put my champagne, flew down, walked on over.
SPEAKER_00Like we were like, what? We were at a party once when somebody jumped in fully clothed. Yes, with the clothes on. That I I always feel bad. I don't like when people push people into a pool. No, that man wasn't pushed. He jumped on his own, but I do not like. We were at a wedding in the and it's this one guy who was like pushing people in the pool and they were dressed. I don't see a pool pusher. I don't think that's very nice at all. One guy like had his, you know, people have their phones on them, and then he was kind of coming towards Al and I was like, hey, someone bumped, don't throw them in the water. And I was like, relax. I'm like, well, I'm not gonna relax. And you're welcome, dude. I was like, because if you don't have an insulin pump, we have a problem. Yeah.
unknownYes.
SPEAKER_00I didn't realize when I was doing some reading that half the population does not know how to swim. According to the American Red Cross. Population of the United States. Yeah. You know, I mean, like, look, I mean, I guess that's true. I mean, you have to really make an effort to sign your kids up to learn how to do it. Yeah. Mm-hmm. I just thought it was like riding a bike. No. Like everybody just kind of knows. It's tricky. You have to have the right. I also read, and you probably know this, that elephants can swim.
unknownReally?
SPEAKER_00Did you not? I never really thought about it. There's good swimmers.
unknownOh.
SPEAKER_00Who knew? Maybe it's their trunk. It's like a pool. I've never seen an elephant at a pool before. No, same. I've never I I always laugh when I see pictures like a pet, not photographs, obviously, but like paintings or drawings when they're like dinosaurs could swim. And it's like a gigantic sauropod dinosaur like swimming. And you're like, how in the world? I picture like flintstones. Can you say that? But I guess I mean they could if they're a buoyant. And then the Titanic was the first cruise ship to have a pool on it. That go for him. Just give it the pool was fine. The pool was not the problem. And then Ben Franklin had invented early swim fins and tortoiseshell swim goggles were invented in the 1300s. So people have always made their way to the water. My dad swims often. Oh, he does? It's such a good workout. It works every single muscle in your whole body. And I think it burns 30% more calories than running. Wow. I used to swim and do laps a lot in in London. I wish I was better. I'm not great at the breathing, but neither is my dad. So my dad is a snorkel that he wears. Like it's a special snorkel for laps because it's in the front of your face instead of to the side. So it's a little more streamlined. Oh, I would like that. Yeah. I can't really swim straight either. Oh. That's interesting. Unless I have a gobbliss on or something. But okay. Yeah. And the brush stroke is the oldest stroke. And the slowest I read. I love the brush stroke. You do. Because it's just like just kind of bobbing along. Because it doesn't, I feel like if you do freestyle, but no, what is this? Yeah, that's freestyle. It is freestyle. It sounded bizarre when I said it. It feels like you're competing. Like it feels like a race. Oh, yeah, it does. Yeah, you're right. I was so impressed. We were, I was, you were nice enough to take me to Long Beach once, and a kid was in trouble and you were incredible. Oh, I dove in the lake. You ran crazy and dove into Lake Michigan and helped this little boy, our friend's son. Do you remember that? Yeah. You were that was scary. It was scary. They were little.
SPEAKER_01They were really little, and drowning doesn't look like just going under. No. And I could see he was struggling in like major distress.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00You were at like a bay watch moment. You did have a bay wash moment.

SPEAKER_00What happened? I honestly don't know. I have no family here. Okay. I have hardly any like chores to do. I was in bed at 10 o'clock. Do you think your body just needed it? I don't know. Unless my body is too relaxed and I wasn't on uh was it motivated? I don't know. But I was supposed to be up at six o'clock and I was I woke up at 8.05 and I That's unreal. Scared my teeth to my training. I felt so bad. It's a scary feeling. Like that feeling. I know, oh God. I know. How about you? My low this week is that I'm still not a hundred percent. You're still down and out. I know. So how is it running? Are you going easy on yourself? Yeah. Uh you know, you know, no, no. I I started back working out Monday and I've been taking it easy. Okay. So go easy on your lungs and your throat. My throat. I know. I sound like a smoker. What about your high? My high, I think, was our impromptu gross. Oh, that was fun. It was so fun. That was fun. How about you? That was lovely. Uh, but then my mom and I went out shopping yesterday. She took me out for some early birthday shopping. Um, so I picked down a few things. Did you get a coat? I didn't get a coat. Thank you. But mom was like, I saw a coat that I really liked, and I was like, I really should not buy a coat. I need work clothes. And then I was very excited about this one outfit. She's like, you can take it now. I'm like, oh yes. So she was very sweet to me. And I'm also very much looking forward. I mean, this episode is great, but next week we will have a very special nightcap with the Noras. Oh, we will have a special nightcap with the Nora. So please tune into that.
